Webcast Producer

Responsible for coordinating and producing interviews with senior corporate executives and government officials. Must be comfortable working with high-profile individuals. Background in television or radio production required. Experience in webcast production or video encoding is a plus. You will need strong English and Chinese language skills and may be asked to translate material from Chinese to English and vice-versa. You should also have experience working on business or financial programs. Candidates with non-linear editing skills - with programs like Final Cut Pro or Video Factory - are preferred.

Production and Post-Production Crew

We are looking for multi-skilled individuals with backgrounds in both production and post-production. You should have experience filming with DV cameras (such as the Sony PD-150), monitoring sound quality with onsite audio mixers, and editing with non-linear software programs (such as Avid, Final Cut Pro or Video Factory). Your primary responsibility will be producing interviews and presentations, though you may also be asked to shoot B-roll footage and edit videos. You must be familiar with basic lighting equipment and should be able to work with multiple sound sources. You should also have experience working on multiple-camera shoots. You will be responsible for ensuring that an interview subject looks and sounds great. You will also be responsible for capturing, editing and encoding content. Experience working with encoding software - like Windows Media Encoder and Real Producer - is not required, but you must be willing to learn. Good Chinese and English language skills are preferred.

Japanese Webcast Producer

You will need strong English and Japanese language skills and may be asked to translate material from Japanese to English and vice-versa. Technical Manger

We are looking for someone with extensive experience working with digital media who is able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and problem solve in an efficient and professional manner. You will be responsible for producing live and on-demand webcasts, as well as developing related applications. You should be proficient with encoding and interactive software, such as Real Producer/Helix, Windows Media Encoder and Microsoft Producer. You must have good network skills as well as creative web skills, including experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver. You must also be well-versed in hardware, operating systems, databases and languages/scripts (C++, HTML, XML, JSP, ASP, Javascript). And you should be able to discuss and explain technical issues in a non-technical manner.

Sales Executive / Manager

We are looking for a motivated person with a proven sales track record. You should have at least 3-4 years experience selling to major blue chip and multinational companies, interacting with customers at both mid and senior levels. You must have excellent organizational and people skills and good business development experience. A background in media, telecommunications or public relations is preferred. You will be responsible for deepening B2Bcast¹s relationships with existing customers as well as expanding our client base, both in Singapore and overseas. You will need to develop and implement a sales strategy. You will also produce cost estimates and draft quotes in response to customer requirements. Spoken and written fluency in English is essential. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese would be a plus.
